If your wondering why this is 2.5 and not 3, well, it means my bid wasn't accepted. I was all ready to write the third in this series and all of a sudden my realtor says they want my highest and best offer.
To anyone that has been through this type of transaction, that means they have another offer. Since the price was good and the potential profit was high, I decided to go ahead and up my offer.
Here I am doing an inspection for a client that is trying to do the same thing I am.
They are a little farther along in the process, they have an accepted offer. I don't and not sure if I will. If this seems confusing we are on the same boat in the same lake, but the good news is, it isn't sinking. I've got a great real estate agent
So do I hear you saying 'what does that have to do with anything'? A good explanation of what is happening can help you make a decision.
Okay, here is the bottom line, I'm not upping my offer. So, your going to have to wait for Part 3. When I find another property I'll write Part 3. Won't be long, there are plenty of them out there.
