Good Morning Alan:  Yes, this really is a great home.  The Fort Worth market continues to chug along.  I would like it to be stronger than it is, but I also know that there are many areas of the country that are very envious about just how strong things are in Fort Worth.  It's just too bad that the national media has no clue about the great things Fort Worth has to offer.  Take care...  thanks for commenting

Wow Karen Anne, I am always amazed at the great houses you can get in Ft. Worth at such low prices!  If my brother who lives in Ft. Worth decides to buy a house, I'll tell him about you.

Hi Adele:  That sure is a gorgeous house, isn't it ?  Fort Worth offers such a good value on housing, and the job market here is awesome, too.  For me, it is just a great place to live.  Perhaps you should consider moving here ?  Then you could go to work for me.  Too cool, huh ?  Thanks for visiting, and thanks for your comments.

The character and PRICE of these Ft. Worth homes intrigues me!  I'll have to "think about" how soon my kids are out of the house...my husband loves the lakes in Texas!!

Hi Susie:  This surprises many people about Texas.  There are many, many lakes around.  Near Fort Worth there are Lake Grapevine, Lake Arlington, Eagle Mountain Lake, Benbrook Lake, Lake Granbury, Lake Worth, Lake Weatherford, Lake Lewisville, and many many more.  Yes, the homes do have character.  And, on this one, the person marketing the home IS a character... so how can you lose ??

And, if your kids are not soon to graduate, often times kids are better suited if they do NOT wait until the graduate from high school before their parents relocate.  If you wait that long, they then move to the new area, and have no way of meeting new friends.  Kids are much more resilient than we parents give them credit for.  And... when you move this way... I know a great real estate office that would love to have you... <grin>
