Michael, It's a popular area and a good introductory price for someone wanting a decent sized condo in a great area, and end unit certainly adds to the attractiveness. We don't expect a long listing on this one :)

Brenda, The pictures and visual tour are prepped so as soon as our admins put it in MLS we're ready to spiff it up. Standard practice for us is to take pics about 3 days before scheduled on market day so we don't have a "Pictures coming soon" logo on the listing. Don't like that logo, and neither do the buyers!
