Lower Your Property Taxes

An important piece of information to remember about your property taxes (especially in this market) is that current property taxes do nit necessarily reflect the home's value.  As market prices drop, property taxes will not drop. You can, however, lower them. You must appeal with the county assessor. It is very simple.
