Stanford Court Villas are townhomes located on the south east corner of Montfort Road and Celestial Road in Addison, Texas on the east side of the Dallas North Tollway, south of Belt Line Road. Built in 2007 - 2008 by Cypress Z & S Partners, Ltd., this is a complex of 19 homes on 2.37 acres, with homes ranging in size from 1,781 to 2,360 square feet. With stucco exteriors and tile roofs, these Mediterranean style townhouses have resident-friendly interiors, with open floor plans, stainless steel Energy Star appliances, gas fireplaces, hardwood floors, and granite counters.  The monthly HOA dues are $200.

The builder fell on hard times and lost most of the townhomes to foreclosure.  Twelve homes have been sold by Bank of The West since 2010.  Three have sold so far this year (2011): two for $310,00 each and one for $312,900.  All the townhomes in Stanford Court were originally listed in the low to mid $400,000s when first built.

There are currently no townhomes listed for sale at Stanford Court, but there are other Addison townhomes for sale in District A near Addison Circle, in Townhomes Addison off Proton Road, in Towne Lake off Beltway Drive, in Asbury Circle (new construction) off Belt Line Road, and in Meridian Square (new construction), north of Addison Circle.
