The Average Sales Price in November was $343,172, up 4.0% from $330,100 in November of 2010 and up 26.2% from $271,985 last month. The November 2011 Average Sales Price was at the highest level compared to November of 2010 and 2009.
The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of November was 104, up 2.0% from 102 last month and up 3.0% from 101 in November of last year. November 2011 Inventory was at a mid level compared with November of 2010 and 2009. The Average Days On Market for November was 85, down 3.4% from 88 days last month and up 63.5% from 52 days in November of last year. The November 2011 Average Days On Market was at a mid level compared with November of 2010 and 2009.
The Berthoud CO housing market is continuing its recent trend of slow activity, with what are probably seasonal effects leading to slight decreases in sales and prices, while inventory is up a bit.
