This month I am doing the 2012 January Blogging Challenge. One of the nine areas we have to blog about is “invitations” and then we feature them after they accept. Unfortunately I have invited quite a few people but no one has accepted yet. So our option is to write about one of our favorite bloggers. I have many so it was hard to narrow it down to one. I have to do 2 separate blogs so I am honoring 2 of my favorite ActiveRain members tonight…Part 1. Please go to their blog and check them out for yourselves. I think you will find I am right.

John is a respectable, successful and extremely professional real estate Owner/Broker. John and his wife enjoy biking and hiking along the excellent trails found all around Albuquerque, the Sandia Mountains and along the Bosque of the Cotton Wood Forrest. Their dog, a Miniature Schnauzer named Dixie keeps them constantly entertained and serves as mascot. John enjoys working around the home with various yard projects in order to create a great place to relax and listen to some good music. He also enjoys playing his acoustic guitar. He is a strong believer in paying it forward and being the best man he can be both in his personal and professional life. John says “I have learned life is short and much too short for some! Be passionate about yours!”
I enjoy reading his daily blog as it is so interesting and informative. He is very creative, has great photos and always has something to teach us all. Today his post was about agents forgetting and leaving the doors open after showing a listing. *Make sure to stop by and read this article…and comment of course.

Blog: My Blog
Joni is a full time real estate Agent/ Associate Broker. Joni is well known in her community and very successful.
Joni is a mother of 2 grown boys, a wife and a daughter. She enjoys boating, wave runners (anything on the lake), photography, crossword puzzles, facebook, traveling in our RV, racing around in her RZR, family and friends! Joni attends a local church in her city and blogs about daily and weekly events. This is something she is proud of and many members shy away from this as not to offend. Joni is proud of her beliefs. Hooray Joni!
I also enjoy checking out Joni’s blog daily as she is the “Queen of Localism.” She typically blogs 3-4 posts daily and one will always be about a local event in her city. She has so many pictures so you really feel like you are a part of the story. Joni also loves to take beautiful photographs and posts them; yes she is a Photo-Blogger. Her posts are always extremely informative and interesting. Check out her blog and oh yes….don’t forget to comment.
*By the way, Joni has a new haircut so check out her new profile picture. Very nice Joni!
Both of these bloggers have integrity, ethics, and are just extremely interesting to follow.
