January 2012 Homes for Sale in Lancaster County in Lititz 17543 was not as strong as December 2011. The Market Report shows and increase of active listings to 217, 23 sold properties and 40 homes are under contract.
Again this months market report shows that pricing is king. Homes which sold in Lititz did so at 96% of list price.
The two main characteristics you need to find in the agent you employ to sell your home are:
