Happy Thanksgiving everyone! - I trust your travels and visits go well and you've ample time with friends, family, and perhaps the ocassional stranger (think: Planes, Trains, and Automobiles here folks) this holiday!
As we're sitting around considering all that we have to be Thankful for this year - particular to this industry, foreclosures and bankruptcies seem to be all to close to 'home'. We all know someone that has been affected by the radical events in the market this year, and the majority of us have seen the impact first-hand in our own business(es).
With that in mind, I wanted to give everyone a nice little 'break' from the usual news on foreclosures, lending practices, sub-prime issues, banking regulatory restructuring, orphaned files, delayed closings, desperately wandering LOs, and the like. . .
. . . Check out Foreclosure Fallout : the new online game from your friends over at MyREALTY.com, the home of the GLS - the Global Listing Service.
Personally, I haven't figured out how to play this well - (go figure, I know, I know, art imitating life. . . ) although I can say that I have much better luck with the female than the male. . . (don't say it...).
In fact, even Chauhan at the MyREALTY.com Corp. office could make me look like a turkey when it comes to Foreclosure Fallout. I'm more of an old-school Atari buff myself (anyone up for a game of Pitfall?!)
Here is the direct link if you need it: http://www.myrealty.com/Fun/Foreclosure_Fallout_Game.aspx
Again, enjoy the holiday, take some time to reflect on your business and relationships, and as always, let me know what I can do to grow YOUR business in the coming year!
In Service,
Tim Mancuso - Turkey Fan (Ham is good, but it ain't no Bird!!)
