What’s happening in the Charlotte NC real estate market this week?
Another wonderful week in Charlotte real estate! We’ve had a week that has been absolutely insane for buyers–multiple Offer situations, homes listed and sold very quickly, some properties going under Contract before relocating buyers even have the opportunity to view the properties!
A quick glance at the Charlotte real estate market can tell the story:
Currently there are 3,421 single family homes for sale in the city of Charlotte- In the past 14 days, 589 single family homes went under Contract!
- 247 single family homes Closed during the past 14 days
- There are currently 1,154 condos and townhomes for sale in the city of Charlotte
- 144 Charlotte condos and townhomes went into Escrow during the past 14 days
- During the past 14 days, 80 Charlotte condos and townhomes Closed!
This is all GREAT news for Charlotte home sellers but, also a message to Charlotte home buyers that if you see something you like, you need to make a MOVE and make it NOW!
