SunRiver is a 55+ golf course community surrounded by homes built to energy efficient standards. There are currently 71 golf course homes for sale as of April 02, 2012. The last home sold / closed in SunRiver was in March 29, 2012 for the price of $187,000 - 1,314 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car garage. It was built in 2002. There have been 19 sales-to-date in SunRiver this year. There are quite a few new-builds in progress.
Available inventory is down 25% from last year at this time and prices have begun to spike slightly, bringing about multiple offer situations. The southern Utah real estate market is seeing a flurry of buyer activity due to low interest rates, affordable inventory and mild Spring temperatures.
