I recently wrote about my experience with a FSBO.  I am glad to report that I got the listing!!!  The seller turned out to be a very nice person.  He is a busy young man with not much time to sell his home.  What perfect timing for me to show up and help him out.

hmm, what about new sites?
There are a host of new fsbo real estate sites like ChoiceA.com   I wonder what impact that will have on us. Although I am approaching retirement I fear that things are about to change in a big way.  The Internet has a lot of power and these new sites, zillow included are hampering our efforts either directly or indirectly. Mainly, people challenge our value. It's getting tought out there.
