As the temperatures continue to climb in sunny Southern Arizona, the Green Valley, Arizona Real Estate market continues to run "hot" with no signs of slowing down during the month of April.   So hot as a matter of fact that the number of Green Valley residential active listings in the Green/Sahuarita MLS dipped below 600.  There were 119 home sales in the month of April as compared to 116 in March.   YTD sales continue to outpace last year with 391 as compared to 369 in 2011.
