Castlegate offers single level homes ranging in size from one bedroom to two bedrooms with den. To date in 2012, there have been two sales: a one bedroom/one and one-half bath unit in May closed at $285,000 and in April a two bedroom/two bath with approximately 1350 square feet sold for $350,000.
In 2011, there were five sales. Two sales were one bedroom units at $255,000 and $275,000. There were three sales of two bedroom units closing at $332,500, $375,000 and $397,500. Average sales price in 2011 for the Castlegate was $327,000(median price $332,500) and the average price per square foot for sales was $274.03.
