Dover Real Estate Sales Post Above Expectations
At the beginning of the year, I wrote an article predicting the Dover market would post an increase in total sales of 10% in 2012 over 2011. The number of homes sold so far this year is up 17%. Homes prices seem to be stable and the average days on market is indicative of strong demand.
