Lazarus IS the HUMAN SHOEHORN!

I remember seeing one when I was young and not knowing what it was.  "What's this?" I asked.  "A shoehorn" was the reply.

 "What's it for?"

"It helps you get your shoes on."

How fascinating, something that was designed to help one get their shoes on when all you really need to do is stick your foot in your shoe and tie and knot  - what could be simpler than that? And what could be more useless than a shoehorn? (Thought I).  It never occurred to me when I was younger that putting on my shoes would one day be a chore!   In fact, I have no recollection of seeing my dad, or any other adult, EVER using the shoehorn when I was younger.  

Fast-forward about 50 years and suddenly this formerly scorned implement assumes an important role in the everyday life of this man.  If it wasn't for the shoehorn I would probably have to buy shoes that fasten with Velcro ... UGGGhhhhhhhhh!

You might be asking what the shoehorn has to do with real estate.  Well, I'll tell you.  You don't just slip into a home.  You will have to find one that fits your needs in every respect and I, Lazarus, offer my services to you as THE HUMAN SHOEHORN!
