New Details on Lionel Lofts 14th Street NW DC
The build at Lionel Lofts is progressing, but sales... not so much. The developer, CAS Reigler, hasn't yet finalized finish choices.
At the moment, finishes are expected to be:
- Bosch Appliances
- Sand in place wide plank white oak floors
- Quartz Counter tops
- Porcelanosa Bath tiles
If you're the adventurous type and/or have purchased new construction in the past, don't let that stop you. The first buyers will not only have their choice of units, but some say in finishes. Condo docs are prepared, and Unit 3 is reserved, so contact me if you'd like to move forward at less than a glacial pace.
Lionel Lofts 14th Street DC Mini-Prints
I have heard from many buyer clients that the renderings are confusing (fun to look at, but not detailed enough for decision-making). I do have a set of mini-prints but as blueprints are proprietary and builders are not keen to publish them, I can't show them here. Happy to meet with those wishing to utilize the services of a buyer's agent expert in new construction sales.
