New Listings in the Charlotte region decreased by 3.5% to 3,290.Pending sales were up by 36.1% to 2, 573.
Market wide inventory levels were down 26.9%.
The Average Closing Price for the Charlotte metro area in September 2012 was $206,051 up 4.8% from September 2011.
