Ohh boy it is the time of year for Spring Break in Corpus Christi! Prepare yourself for Corpus Christi to be swarmed with college students from around the country. Corpus C
hristi is one of the top and most popular spots in Texas for Spring Break.
One of the reasons Spring Break in Corpus Christi is so popular is because you essentially get two distinct destinations in one. You have the part of Corpus Christi that is on Padre Island where visitors are welcomed to beautiful open Gulf beaches and then you have Corpus Christi on the mainland that treats guests with beachfront on the Corpus Christi Bay.
Both areas offer an array of hotels, condos and clubs. The mainland also offers many tourist attractions such as the Texas State Aquarium, the Art Museum of South Texas and the USS Lexington.

Here are a some rules to follow when enjoying the beautiful beaches during Spring Break in Corpus Christi:
You can have a bonfire but it has to be at least 50 feet from the beach vegetation and no more then 3 feet in diameter.
No public intoxication! Don’t embbarrass yourself.
No PDAs (ok that is putting it nicely but you catch my drift). Lewdness is a Class A misdemeanor and can mean a $4,000 fine and up to a year in jail!
If you need to use the bathroom do so in a lavatory. Don’t get caught for disorderly conduct and get up to a $500 fine.
Keep yourself covered…we don’t have nude beaches here in Corpus!
No littering! We take pride in our beaches and expect our visitors to do the same. No glass containers or bottles are allowed on the beach!
Sorry animal lovers no dogs, even those on a leash, are allowed on city beaches during spring break.
No fireworks are allowed.
No reckless driving this includes anything that puts someone in danger.
