Fast Feng Shui Tip to address your Front Entrance by Feng Shui LI

When a Feng Shui consultant provides a one on one session or if your doing your own book research remember this. Follow the principles of Feng Shui while at the same time fusing together your own personality into the changes you make.  Here is a creative way to address the inside of your front entrance with Feng Shui.

The element recommend near the front door is water

  • you can use an actual water fountain OR...
  • anything that is associated with the element of water SUCH as....
  • a Bogie Board or Surf Board table
  • Rug or throw rug that has an accent of blue in it (even a blue/green blend)
  • Oars from your boat
  • images of the ocean, sea shells, etc..

Another element recommended by the front door are plants, silk or real

  • if you use real plants be mindful not to have sharp or prickly plants
  • make sure there is enough light for real plants to thrive in

Idea! if you have a large empty over sized bowl, such as you see here...perhaps you can add a plant inside, thus addressing the element of wood by the front door as well.

Perhaps your an active person so add items in the front area to mirror that energy.  You will see in very first photo of this post a basketball was added to represent the energy of playfulness and health.

There is a small Tibetan prayer wheel on the Bogie Board table as well.  If you wish to use items that carry a sacred intention or energy, you can mindfully blend that into the front entrance decor as well.

So there you have it, some creative ideas that truly match the home owners personality and welcoming energy.
