A two bedroom/one-and-one-half bath unit with approximately 840 square feet is on the market for $339,000 and a two bedroom, two-and-one-half bath unit with approximately 1010 square feet is priced at $425,000. A unit with apx 990 square feet is in escrow - last list price was $389,000. There have been no sales 2013 year-to-date through April 24, 2013 according to MLS statistics.
There was just one sale in 2012 according to MLS records. It was a two bedroom, one-and-one-half bath unit listed for $299,000 which sold for $305,000 in August.
