There are currently 4 Active listings showing in the MLS of middle Tennessee. Of those, 2 have financing contingencies on them. That leaves 2 for sale. Inventory continues to stay low with a less than 4 month supply of homes for sale.

Homeowners thinking of moving in 2013 still have time to get there home sold before Williamson  County schools start back in August.

Chestnut Springs remains the most affordable neighborhood in Brentwood TN. Built in 2002 to 2004, the all brick homes have attracted many young families, business professionals and retirees who are not interested in the typical large yards one finds in Brentwood. The Homeowners association fee includes lawn care.

Chestnut Springs is on the eastern side of Brentwood and is attached to the Walking Trails on Concord Road.
