Lynda, nicely done!  Simple yet informative.  I like the pictures too.  This reminds me I need to get back to my local content.  Thanks and have a great weekend!

oh Lynda, it's me.  Girl, after all the great comments you've been leaving I just had to come on over to your place, again.  You've got a great writing style.  In addition to your local content I want some of those stories you've been giving tidbits out on.  C'mon, let's see 'em!

OK, I better get my market reports up and get to my real job.  It's so easy to forget that here in the Rain.

Catch you later.

Greetings, and oh my gosh, I'm soooo sorry I missed these messages previously.  Guess I forgot to clink the notify me box, sorry.  I' still learning!

I was just up tonight to do a little fine tuning on localism and came across your messages.  After hearing Dustinspeak yesterday in Long Beach, (CA) I've learned so many ways to improve things community blogs, making them more personal and less statistical.

Maggie, thanks for the kinds words, and I plan on doing more later, but r.e. is getting in the way every now and then. Thanks for stopping by.

David, the answer is no, but I'm working on it.  So far I've done it on my own and have not utilized SEO, but I plan on it. To be specific I'm getting about 1200-1400 hits a month.  However after AR Dec. went to 2373, Jan was 2158, so I am making progress. Then there is the conversion issue, very truthfully I think I can count on one hand how many closings I had from my site.  Almost allmy biz is from repeat, referral clients, thank goodness!  However, I do feel my referral business will grow as a result of having a bigger online presence.

With that said, I do have a couple of agents in my office (I'm the broker) who are doing amazingly well with theirs.  They part of the Allen Hainge group of CyberStars maybe you're one of them?  Allen writes on AR every now and then. How about you?  I'll take a look at your site myself.

And dear Ray,so good of you to stop by and say hello.  I think we may be heading you way in late April to check out some properties for ourselves. All 4 are Realtors and 3 of us are rainers, Heidi Franklin, and Marlene Bridges.  We all met in a coaching group about 6 years ago and have been friends, colleagues and travel buddies since then.

Thanks again, so nice to hear from each of you!

I love the kind of stuff we can learn hanging out by the AR watercooler. =) I've been hearing lots of buzz about Arkansas myself.  One of my clients here in Miami is selling everything (almost fully liquidated now) and bought in Arkansas already.  I've started researching it myself.  Care to elaborate?
