* The Beverly West sells in-house and does not list or report all its activity. **The Carlyle sells in house also, so the figures may not be totally accurate. +These figures include one bedroom units There isn't an overall trend showing from 2014 sales on the Wilshire Corridor. Inventory has basically not improved with the majority of buildings favoring sellers or balanced between a buyers or sellers market. Median prices up overall as are sales. Pending sales are down so it will be interesting to see what the 1st Quarter brings. Looks like many of those condos have slipped over to the seller's side of the market Jane.  Those are some pretty fantastic figures for sure.  For some of those condo prices you could buy a couple of mansions here in San Antonio lol :)!
