  • March, 2014: Oceanside Months of Inventory (Condos): 3.7
  • February, 2014: Oceanside Median Condo Price: $247,000; 29% higher than February, 2013
  • February, 2014: Oceanside Condos Sold: 54; 29% higher than February, 2013
