TIP: Home inspections are vital when you are buying a home, but they're also good as a periodic evaluation every few years. Things break in homes, so consider having a home inspector check your home every 3-5 years as preventative maintenance. Your trusted Realtor will have a few inspectors that he/she can recommend.
So, I was out helping with a home inspection today. . .you know, making sure the sprinklers worked ok. Since our inspector wouldn’t jump around in the sprinklers, I had to step up and get it done. If you want it done right, you got it do it yourself.
This one has a nice even spray to it…quite enjoyable on a hot summer day in Phoenix. The owners should enjoy this one! 
This one’s PSI is way too high! This could really knock someone out…better note that in the summary. 
All tested and taking a little break since it’s 110 out and making sure the drink factor is good.
