Choose Health ... Make Morning Exercise a Daily Ritual!!
I had to start with this cute picture ... I am asked all of the time if I am a runner. I am not, but could be if I had this big boy behind me.
Do you have a morning ritual and if you do, is exercise a part of that ritual?
I have found that doing exercise in the morning helps me to wake up easier, I have more energy, enhances my mental clarity, and I maintain that energy thru out the day. It also helps me to maintain a positive mood.
On cooler mornings I so enjoy taking one of our dogs and go out for a brisk walk around the neighborhood. It gets me out and moving .. heart rate up .. fills my lungs with oxygen and gets the blood moving.
