  This beautiful upgraded to the T's house has been on the market for 67 days. The market has slowed, here in Temecula Murrieta Valley, we now have 5 months worth of inventory, the most since the bubble. houses for sale are stacked, builders are finishing their 2007 post bubble burst and offering great deals on financing! As usual, the really nice ones with location, location, location sell quickly at market value plus .74% more because of condition. We have people who want to buy now, but have to sell their house first. Four out of five agents have told me they would write an offer right now, but the buyers have to sell their home first.

 

                                                                

 

  In order to push the first Domino and since we are not dealing with the Banks as Sellers who put the squeeze on you for no contingencies with any offer. Things just changed. We only need one domino to start the sales of owner occupied homes. We need to accept and write offers pending a 72 hour "Right Of Refusal" on any in coming offers, a buyer to perform and the buyers choice to get a HELOC, second loan or cancel the contract, or maybe reduce the price? I'm starting to accept Contingencies and get the ball rolling!
