- Asian & European Stock Market Indexes Down -0.363%
- Crude Oil (WTI) - Currently, $48.24, Up $0.74
- Gold 1 Ounce - Currently, $1,197.25, Up $5.55
ANALYSIS
- Lock your gains. After our recent sharp rate decrease it appears there may be an temporary upward adjustment.
- February Consumer Price Index and Core CPI were basically inline with market expectations but this is the first sign of inflation since October. Not postive for rates but should not cause a MBS sell off.
- FHFA House Price Index Up 0.3 Percent in January
- The big news this week will be the Jobless report due Thursday morning.
