The good news is we found where the

leak is coming from...

the bad news is that is coming from

under all this!

It took some determination but we found there is a leak under all this equipment up on the roof of a three story building in Sacramento. Water is leaking into the building every time it rains and has become a growing problem. The owners are now faced with disabling the boiler and heater to get to the rotted and leaking areas underneath.

It's an eventuality.... roofs will leak at some point. Is that rolled roofing material?

Tom, if that was happening here, the residents would be quite chilly!  I'm guessing that in Sacramento it's not as big a deal.

That looks like one tough job but a necessary step to repair the damage done already! Sometimes you just have to roll up your sleeves and do what you have to do.

Good Friday morning Tom. I am glad you found the leak. I reckon that it is both good and bad news.

Good morning Tom.  Sounds like they should have call you long ago.  It also looks like they won't have much choice.
