The audience for anything you serve up, like the movie theater silver screen, choices are critical.
Blog post readers want selection and more than chocolate and vanilla only. Active Rain blog posts number close to 3800 but other channels with topics that really help local information surfers are critical. 
Could you put them all in one spot? I think it is like a radio station that's slogan is trying to be everyone's place on the dial to settle in.
You can not.
Try playing a Barry Manilow, then spin some NIN or Merle Haggard or Canned Heat or Patsy Cline and a little Daf Punk.
You don't want to know how few listeners are tuned in on the other end of the signal after sitting through that collection in your play list.
Granted you can hit home runs on each of the channels that stand out on search engines.
But one channel with a slant, bent to please this niche audience is not going to keep them coming back for more if suddenly a new herd of followers is brought into your blog shop to browse. People are different. Thank goodness or it would be really a boring place with everyone thinking carbon copy.

We will upload blog post on Linkedin. But have two primary real estate portals beside the RTZ, and Maine Listings. The red site real estate blog posts. More blog posts on the blue real estate site. It is amazing what happens on front page search engine queries when you cross promote and keep a steady stream of blog posts headed up in the clouds.
