Tyler Grace Auctions held their first ever auction event on Saturday afternoon, January 9th, 2016 in Addison, Texas.
If you've never been to an auction, you owe it to yourself to visit. Amanda & Jason Bufford's vision has
blossomed into a place to buy and sell unwanted furniture, decorative items, some antiques and collectibles, jewelry and more.
If you're there to buy, keep in mind there is a 10% buyer's premium. That means if you bid $100, you'll pay $110 if you are the highest bidder. If you have items to sell, there is a 25% commission.
There were some great buys at the first sale. The chest below sold with a hammer price of $100.
This one sold for $80.
