This was the Fall of 2002, we were at one of the Texans Suites, I had won 4 tickets at the Continental Auction ( now United) I had many points as I commuted back and forth to Tulsa every week as my job was in Tulsa. This was one of the hardest times of my life, I so missed my family but we had quality time on the weekends. My boys are now grown and out of the house and a part of me is glad and the other part still misses when they were little. This is my 1st Throwback Thursday Post.
Great #TBT post! I did a 5 month stint in Oregon a couple of jobs ago. Flew up, stayed for 3 weeks, flew back home for a week and repeat. Racked up a ton of United, National Rental Car and IHG rewards points. Used the points to pay for a week's worth of hotels when my parents and I went to Canada for a vacation later that year. Love those reward points!
