This real estate information for three bedroom homes for sale covers the Cedaredge, Austin, Eckert and Cory areas of Delta County. This area is known as the Surface Creek Area.
Three bedroom homes have widespread appeal. There is a lot for you to choose from, because there are quite a few listings on the market. This report will cover all of the three bedroom homes listed for sale in the local MLS (multiple listing service). So it will include homes in and out of town. It also includes manufactured homes.
Here's what's currently on the market:
- There are 74 active listings and 22 that are under contract pending a sale. The prices starts at $59,900 (this is a bank owned handy man special) and they go up to $890,000. The higher prices are custom golf course homes, or those custom homes on wooded acreage with a great mountain view.
- The average list price of all the listings is $271,048. The median list price is $235,250.
- 35 of the listings are priced under $200,000.
- House sizes start off small at 878 square feet and go up to 3900 feet.
- 40 of the listings have a lot size that is at least an acre. Of these listings eight of them have a lot that is at least ten acres.
Because this is a popular segment of our local market, sales and listings happen quickly. Compare this information to my last three bedroom market report. 20 of the current listings are fairly new. They have been on the market for less than a month, and two of them are already under contract.
