Minot Real Estate

The Oak Park Movie Theater is making a triumphant return to Minot's old Oak Park Center soon. This is going to make a lot of folks happy as it is/was the only alternative to the Carmike Theater chain in the mall. The Oak Park Theater will once again offer "second run" movies at the reasonable rate of $5.00 and they are also opening a second and maybe 3rd screen. Prior to the flood my office was actually located right inside the theater, it created a lot of walk-in business for me which I really miss.

Oak Park Theater

See the ladder in the picture? That is the set of windows where my office used to be. It was great. I could take the kids with me is I needed to do some "catch-up" work in the office. They would go to the movie and mom could go shopping or just have some alone time at home.

It will be great to have an inexpensive choice once again in Minot Sybil Campbell . This theater was reasonable in every way, no $5.00 popcorn.

The old theater was really a neat piece of history John Pusa . It was a very large theater with a large screen unlike the modern mall theaters that are hardly any larger than many home theater rooms.

Hi Bobby Bob "RealMan" Timm Don't tell me you had to climb that ladder to get to your office.

The flood is over , why not move back?

The Broker I worked for then was forced into retirement by his evil step-son (who now is a Realtor) Bill Roberts and the space would be to small for my current operation.

It is always nice when business adds movie theaters. Here they all disappeared except 1 multy plex, now we have 2 new ones coming too. Have a good Thursday Bob "RealMan" Timm

Thanks Scott Godzyk . A monopoly by any company is not a good thing for the people so I'm really glad our one theater will now have some competition soon.

I'm one of those who would say "I can wait for it to get to TV" Noah Seidenberg but to get the real movie experience for $5.00 I say why not?

It sure will William Feela . If the Mall theaters were not so greedy they may see our family more often than once every 5 years.

That will be nice for the community. We call it the $1- (dollar) theatre, even though we pay $3-5.00 a movie. Ours is in Irvine/Woodbrige area.

Enjoy!

Put 40 years of experience to work for you

This is great for those movies you didn't quite get around to seeing the first time they were released, and you don't want to lessen the experience by watching it on TV. Some movies really need to be viewed in the theater for optimum experience. I find the older I get, the more I opt for the optimum experience, squeezing the maximum in ultimate.

I agree completely Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents it's "an experience" at the theater.

At the time of the flood I worked for a 92 year old Broker, Earl Allen, who was a great mentor. He had the most brilliant Real Estate mind of anyone I know. His greedy stepson had him deemed incompetent during the flood and took everything Earl owned. I then went to another Broker who wanted to retire and shortly there after purchased National Marketing Realtors from him. Our office is now located high above the river on North Hill. When you leave the Minot Airport National Marketing Realtors is the 1st business you would see across the road from the airport parking lot. It's a great location on Minot's busiest street, Broadway, and the first Realtor closest to the Minot Air Force Base.

I'm sorry to hear about the flood you experienced. It sounds like you and the kids have a loft of good memories. I have a feeling, it doesn't take much to make you happy, especially when you're with your kids or around good people!

Wishing you the best!
