Holt Woods 2016 Spring Market Report
Holt Woods home sales increased 50% in 2016, and prices increased 10%. Middle Tennessee sales increased 8% and general sales prices were up 7.5% .

Holt Woods tends to follow closely with Bradford Hills since the same builders built them. The floor plans are largely the same with the exception that some of the smaller plans were eliminated.
Because of this you see larger homes in Holt Woods and the Price/Square Foot is less.
Bradford Hills saw a 16% increase in the Sales Price, though the Sales Prices were about 10% less than in Holt Woods. The Price/SF was a whopping $136! 16% greater than Holt Woods.

Holt Woods is located in what is called the Nipper's Corner area of Nashville. Situated directly south of the city and less than a mile from the Williamson County line. It is half way between I-65 and I-24 giving it access to all areas of the city in less than 30 minutes.
