There is one exhibit at Phoenix Art Museum which is always there yet changing every time I look at it. This is the glimpse into a Japanese home through its tokonoma - a space to appreciate.
The scrolls, flower arrangements and pottery/ ceramics change with seasons or to celebrate a guest's visit.

Lisa Von Domek, Thanks for stopping by and commenting. It was interesting for me to discover Frank Lloyd Wright's translation of the word 'tokonoma'. He translated it with its functional equivalent in our homes - 'fireplace'.
