Farmington Subdivision has had continued to have good sales and many of the homes are new homes. Building has continued with additional phases opening earlier this year. More are in the works for next year offering lots to builders to build.
This is a hot neighborhood in the Rossview School zone. It is in the mid-$200,000's to $400,000 price range. The market has improved greatly since last year this time and buyers are liking the new homes they are seeing.
Prices are steadily moving upward. Since July month the inventory has increased by 10%. The absorption rate has is now at a6 month supply. 56% of the sales in Farmington since January 1 have been new homes. The year will end strong in sales.

Why Do People Like Farmington?
There are pretty front entrances, ponds, walking path around them, sidewalks and decorative streetlamps. There is also an HOA in the neighborhood and it is professionally managed. Farmington is 1.3 miles north of the I-24 at Exit 8. Stones Manor is located across the street This is great for commuters to Nashville.Historic Downtown Clarksville and APSU are about 20 minutes away. Ft. Campbell KY, the home of the 101st is a 30 minutes drive.
