Brigham’s Playhouse is bringing Utah a classic Christmas musical, It’s a Wonderful Life, opening today! One of the most popular Christmas films that has stayed a family tradition since the 1940’s, It’s a Wonderful Life is based on a Christmas fantasy where the main character experiences an intervention by his guardian angel over his thoughts of suicide on Christmas Eve. The main character, George, had spent his life giving back to others, and his guardian angel shows him what life would be like if he hadn’t. The writing of this film has been praised over the years, making it one of the 100 best American films ever made.
Running now through Saturday, December 3rd, It’s a Wonderful Life- The Musical is a great way to kick off your December and the holidays. Brigham’s Playhouse is located in Washington, Utah, and is composed of actors and artists who pride themselves in changing lives through live theatre.
