Red Rock Fantasy Returns December 1st to January 1st !

Tinsel Town

This was an event that children to seniors loved to see.  It is returning after a 2 year hiatus. It is in a different location of Tlaquepaque. It will be called "Tinsel Town". It is free to the public. After you walk through Tinsel Town vote for your favorite light display.

Sounds like great fun, Sherry. We loved visiting Tlaquepaque when we were there a couple of weeks before Christmas and in the snow a few years ago. You sure have lots of fun stuff going on in the area for the holiday season.

Hi Patricia Feager - I love going to Tlaquepaque during Christmas.  We have many, many locations that put out the luminarias - a traditional Mexican Christmas light (or candle) placed in bags and lining walkways or rooftops.

HI Ginny Gorman - The story goes that Teddy Roosevelt was on his way down to Sedona from the Grand Canyon to look at making it a National Park....but an emergency came up and he took the train from Flagstaff back to Washington. We are so glad he did!
