The Culver City, CA Single Family Market Report for November 2016...
Most people have been reading various and conflicting headlines how the Real Estate Market is. I was looking for information how the Culver City, CA Single Family market has fared. As you can see the media has been touting that the market has cooled.( As you know I just did a report about the Marina Del Rey Condo Report and that is just fine) Then I did a Single Family Market Report about Malibu and they are doing well also. Now let's look at the facts and not what the media projects":)))!!!
First think I see is that inventory is tight but very similar to 2014 and this will tell me that more than likely we are still in a Seller's Market in Culver City, CA.
The number of sales has been improving month over month another indication that the market is strong in Culver City, CA.
Of the four Market Reports I have analyzed in the Greater Los Angeles area, Culver City appears to be the hottest of all. Less than 30 days to sell a home is basically as soon as you put it on the market with proper pricing and marketing the home is SOLD! Now getting back to my point I would love to find out what statistics the Media has been looking at when they stated that the Real Estate Market has cooled in Los Angeles. My analysis contradicts this information.
