I have a very Dear Friend that had a stroke last week. She is still in the hospital and has no
feeling in her right side. We are continuing to pray for a full recovery for her.
You may save a life is you can understand what a stoke victim is like.

Thanks for sharing-a coworker had one at work and is still unable to walk.
Great information!!! Thanks!
A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough

Hi Ginger... I knew that if you get a stroke victim help within a couple of hours, it can be reversed... but I did not know those "tricks" for identifying. Thanks for sharing this life-saving information.
Interesting to note that diet, exercise and stress handling in advance will give anyone more of an edge on this robber and sabotager of life called stroke
As a mobile notary, I often visit homebound people in poor health. I have noticed sick people eating junk food and thought to myself the poor diet is contributing to their own poor health. I view good nutrition as health insurance.
My granddaughter works in a convenient store and of course many regular customers. One customer walked in sluggishly as she put it. Not her usual self and also a friend of my granddaughter. It was usually a Sprite and bag of chips. She made her friend sit for a moment when a police officer walked in and immediately they called for an ambulance. The young friend had a stroke. That was 3 weeks ago and she is still in the hospital. Only 24 years old. It can happen to anyone.
Recognizing the signs and symptoms of Stroke are very important. Just the time factor makes a difference. BTW, I will renew my CPR training next week.
It is good to know the signs of a stroke. This was new news to me. Thanks for sharing. Your friend will be in our prayers.
People also think only "OLD" people have strokes, not true, I watched a program about a young healthy woman of 34 who had a devastating stroke which left her unable to talk or write initially. Good signs to know. thank you.
Thank you. I burned this one into my brain. We never know how we might be helpful for someone else that might be having a stroke. Thank you for sharing this information!
