Yes, it was another beautiful week in Paradise, with perfect "go to the beach" weather. I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July. We had a mini-staycation. We went to the fireworks at PMRF on the 3rd then stayed at an oceanfront AirBnB in Kekaha, and enjoyed breakfast on the lanai watching the waves. Always fun to enjoy another part of the Island.
The condo market moved in "two's" this week, with 2 new condo listings, two sales and two reductions. Here is your update:

New Listings:
Villas of Kamalii 59 returns to the market priced at $636K. Purchased for $586K in 4/04 it was listed before from 8/09 to 1/11 starting at $795K, reducing to $699K, again from 2/11 to 2/12 for $695K, from 4/13 to 1/15 starting at $650K and increasing to $695K then reducing to $690K, and finally from 2/15 to 6/17 starting at $690K and reducing to $639K.
Emmalani Court 321 was purchased in /06 for $790K. It is available for $734,500.
Sales:
Kaiulani 67 sold for $775K cash while listed for $799K. It sold before for $695K in 8/13.
Emmalani Court 415 was priced at $499,900 and sold for $490K cash. The seller paid $385K in 4/14.
Withdrawn:
After 827 market days, Cliffs 7201 was withdrawn while priced at $475K. The prior sale was in 8/05 for $655K.
After 86 days on the market, Nihilani 20B was withdrawn priced at $634,900. It sold from the developer in 9/06 for $689,290.
Price Changes:
Hale Honu 6A has an adjusted price of $369K, down from $389K. This condo was purchased in 2/04 for $355K. Mauna Kai 10B reduced by $20K and is priced at $479K. It sold for $575K in 11/04.

New Listings:
Priced at $1.375M, 5332 Honoiki sold previously for $935K in 10/14. 5028 Emmalani is on the market for $1.375M. The seller bought land for this this home in 7/07 for $385K.
Contingent:
3891 Kamehameha found a buyer while priced at $1.595M after 284 market days. The most recent purchase was in 7/03 for $950K.
Sales:
3679 Kaweonui sold for $1.925M cash. It was listed for $1.950M and sold previously in 3/14 for $1.390M.
Price Changes:
After a $25K price reduction, 4133 Rooke Place is priced at $1.125M. Land for the home sold in 6/03 for $323K.
