Sacramento County experienced a 6.5% increase in number of homes listed FOR SALE in November 2017 vs. the same month a year ago.
For the same period there was a -10.3% decrease in homes SOLD. Pending Sales increased 12.6%.
Interest rates continue to remain reasonably low. For those able to find suitable homes, it's a GREAT time to buy.

Myrl Jeffcoat Even though pending sales are up, I don't expect to see an increase in closed sales for this December in Sacramento. I'm guessing about 1/3 of my sales are falling apart due to buyers not qualifying at the last minute. Or, perhaps I should say due to mortgage lenders not fully vetting buyers at inception. Although, there is a lot of activity this month. I'm not getting much down time in Hawaii
