There was two single family home closed in January 2018 in Highland Beach FL as well as 17 condos, villas and townhouses.  Highland Beach Florida is pretty small in size at 1.1 miles along the ocean, so overall, after Irma, this is pretty good.

In January 2018, the average sold price for single family homes was $ 9,126,000  with an average price per square foot of $ 1,118.  Average days on the market  224.

 

In January 2018, there were 17 condos, villas and townhouses sold in Highland Beach FL.  That's almost double the amount of the prior month!  

 

In January 2018, the average list price for condos, villas and townhomes in Highland Beach FL was $ 518,382,  showing a significant decrease over the prior month.  Average list price per square foot was $ 363 per square foot, also indicating an decrease from last month.  

 

In january 2018 the average sold price for condos, villas and townhomes in Highland Beach FL was $ 518,382, showing an decrease over last month.  Average sold price per square foot was $ 331, also a decrease over last month. Average days on market was 100.
