Inventory remains tight do not look at the year over year per cent change, 17 Condominiums on the market is virtually nothing. Clearly with proper pricing and marketing it will be sold quickly!
As I mentioned above this graph that it will sell fast. Here it is confirmed that the supply vs. demand is still dictating that the Average Days on Market has been dropping year over year. Now with that said this tells me that well priced condominiums will be in multiple offers and above asking price agreed to.
This is no surprise to me that the prices have increased, with that said if you are considering buying or selling you will be assured it will be easier to sell and if you are looking to buy do not wait because it will cost you more the longer you wait.
