There is a quite a bit of paperwork that you would need to fill out if you would be selling your home in the Greater Danbury & Candlewood Lake area.Don't worry, when you commit to working together,I will provide you a copy of this paperwork either physically or via email prior to your signature. These paperwork can be confusing if you haven't moved in years . Below is a list of what home sellers would be sign in to get their property up on the market.
-Property Condition Disclosures
-Lead Based Paint (Prior to 1976 built)
-Inclusion/Exclusion Sheet
-Affiliated Business Disclosure
-Electronic Signature Addendum
-Exclusive Right To Sell
-Designated Agency Disclosure Notice & Consent Agreement
I always explain these documents very well to my clients so they understand what they are would be signing, as they are legal documents. My clients also get a copy of all of the documents that they sign for their records. These forms are generally pretty standard, but I advise clients to take their time to review before putting the home up sale, in addition to understanding the home selling process & the local market.
