I moved back home this week to my beloved prior brokerage of 22 years, Altas Realty after 7 years at Keller Williams Cupertino.
After learning many important truths about the real estate business and myself, I realized the main reason I'd stayed at KW was comfort level-I loved the physical office location in Cupertino more than any other factor. I still have positive relationships with all of my former KW real estate agents, brokers, staff and colleagues.
As they say, it's good to move out of your comfort zone. So Michelle Carr-Crowe and the Get Results Team is back at Altas Realty in West San Jose where I and my late mother Judy Carr successfully practiced real estate for decades.
For the convenience of clients, Michelle, Zee and team members are happy to meet in a variety of nearby Cupertino and West San Jose locations (as well as client homes and offices) that may be closer than my office at 1190 S. Bascom, Suite #118, San Jose, CA 95128. The Michelle Carr-Crowe and the Get Results Team remains in place, including my stellar associate Zee Ghanati. So while this week will see the physical office transition and move from KW to Altas, everything as far as client services continues forward smoothly and seamlessly.
While Diamond-Certified, we've also moved on from that program, having consistently performed at or above the 90% minimums required in client services and client referral and satisfaction for the entire 6 years of affiliation.
We'll continue to provider referrals to excellent service providers, and real estate brokers nationwide and worldwide.
Physical moving and the necessary reviewing of what works, what needs to be retained and what should be released involves a lot of mental, physical and emotional energy. This is a time of great growth. As we embrace this cycle, we'll share what we learn. It feels as though many clients and customers are also embarking upon similar growth cycles.
