GLENCOE REAL ESTATE REPORT - SEPTEMBER 2018

10 homes closed in September 2018 in GLENCOE compared to 21 closes in August. That is not unusual because buyers had scheduled closes before school begins. The median price dropped in September to $728,000 from $870,000 but the number of homes that sold would affect that differential.
