Love each other.
From the moment my first child was born, life instantaneously changed for the better, I became more focused and determined than ever to make a good - no great life, for him. There were plans to be made as I navigated my way through finishing college, then into a job position that would serve us well.
Okay, so far so good, then I was twice blessed with a second healthy, beautiful child as a single parent. With careful consideration, we moved across state lines from Colorado to Utah to take an advertising job. It meant more money and better working conditions with advancement opportunities.
My children have always inspired me to reach higher and never, ever give up. Every decision when they were growing up was made with them in mind. There were no wrong choices with them at the forefront. Challenges, including lung surgery at a year-old for my youngest, were met head on.
Their raucous laughs and unbridled giggles grabbed my heart made me smile often and before you know it, they grew up. Though inspiration comes in many forms, these two young people have encouraged and cheered me on to be the best mother possible and more successful in business beyond even my own dreams.
Love does, so that Wanda Can!
This quote comes to mind when I think of my two sons and hopefully will remain in their hearts forever. A mother's prayer is that her children will love each other long after she is gone.
